Better organization for scheduling of scrims

If it has already been suggested, I apologize. I believe there should be one central ACL vent posted as a sticky or important thread, where both teams (Leaders/LTs) can get on and discuss times and dates. Therefore there is no back and forth about "You get on my vent, no you get on my vent" etc. etc. Before each match, make a thread, agree on a time to meet in vent and talk about it. Afterwards, both teams should post in the respective thread the agreed date and time, so there is public agreement from both sides. Therefore, if there is a no show, there will be no argument as to the winning team advancing. This will also help reduce the chaos in setting up a match. I may be blowing smoke, but it makes sense to me.
